News Cafe South Beach

Hi, just in south beach now, first full day, had been looking forward to going to news cafe after reading about it on here, I appreciate south beach isn’t cheap but $16 for a beer and sandwiches over $20 is a bit steep as far as I am concerned. Spoke to a lady in the ice cream shop near our hotel and she said new owners took over a couple of months ago and whacked the prices up. Will try another recommend, 11th street diner later and see how that fares. It’s in the 90s temp wise and having a good time so far, paddle boarding tomorrow 🙈

Can recommend The Big Pink, although last went a couple of years ago we found prices very reasonable

Thanks Col, that’s for tomorrow night, my daughters are wearing pink for the occasion seemingly, I’m not though 🤣
