We are going in October booked Gatwick direct to Tampa. £300 pp inc car hire. We’ve only ever gone from Manchester before too as we are only an hour away but it’s worth the drive for the flights being half the price! Have a look on BA website and play around with dates if you are flexible. We are going for 16 nights as it was super cheap!

Hi
Just came up with same price as floridasarah £549 on Tui website. We got £555 for our flight in October a couple of weeks ago. Please note these are hand luggage only prices. Add £70 for 20 kg and £90 for 25 kg

If the prices don’t change, I think it’s pay for the convenience of the Virgin flight or try the Aer Lingus flight. I’d looked at the alternatives and we don’t want to drive/train to Gatwick or hire a car in Florida.

Hiya Sue, this trip, after a 10 year hiatus, we gave LHR another go, oh joy, yes indeedie, how quick we remembered why we sliced a finger apiece, making a cross in blood not to travel from any London airport again Thankfully we opted to drive up and fly MCO to Man when we come home in May.
I'm going to research flying from Dublin next winter. Train to Man Airport or flying the Toon to Dublin is six and two threes, right now it's looking like our best alternative.
