After deleting the app, trying link from Disney, several attempts at “forgotten passwords” still not on, think I’ll give up til tomorrow

Thanks for posting this. The turquoise castle one wasn’t there last time I looked. I’ve managed to get in now after using the VPN and I’ve ordered that one although my sister didn’t see another one she liked. We agreed that since she got her Dole Whip last year and I had to make do with plain it was my turn now!

However I am always on it so confused. Went to email clicked on link, some various info i.e my profile info but no option to change password. Went to try again and now it says this link has expired. So then clicked on forgot password and it says email sent but nothing in my email account.

I have emailed but no response any other ideas.

Same happened to me yesterday, phoned Tech Support direct at 12 today and got straight through and they sorted out and stayed on phone still I changed my Password and got logged in to MDE , hope no problems Sunday as it’s ADR day .
