I’ve got the the usual Avis App, not one saying Preferred!
Is it only available on the US App Store ?

I have booked BA fly drive with Avis car hire twice a year for over 20 years and never had cause to complain, however when we returned last November I noticed a charge of £140 on my Amex card, to cut a very long story short it took nearly 5 months of me continually emailing both BA and Avis before I got 100% refund but no apologies. When we returned from another trip in May this year yet again Avis have taken monies from my CC this time it is £103, to date I have sent 9 emails to Avis with a copy of my receipt with £0.00 outstanding. My stress levels are through the roof, they just don't bother to reply to my emails. Just to add I am not rude or aggressive, I am just asking why they have again taken money from my CC when I booked a fly-drive package deal with BA.

Like you we have booked many many times direct with Avis and only had issues with extra charges the one time we booked a flydrive via BA. So frustrating.
