Sorry I was only ‘freaking’ out due to the scrim on Sleeping Beauty Castle, the scrims covering various buildings and rides over the last few years, oh, and the fact the city hall in WDW is also currently under scrim. Disney are very scrim happy so it wasn’t exactly a bad guess. We’ve established that what is important to some people isn’t important to others and that this is a first world problem. Can we just leave this thread for updates for those it’s going to impact and stop with all the digs at people?

Glad to hear there won’t be a scrim, I went to Disneyland for the first time last year and was sad to miss my chance to see the original castle. It didn’t ruin the trip by any stretch of the imagination but it does take away some of the magic. EPCOT is going to be scrim city by the time we go to WDW so it’d be nice to see an untouched Magic Kingdom.
