Are there any rides where flip flops can’t stay on?
Last visit I wore crocs but for the last 5 years I’ve lived my the sea and spend April to October in flip flops so that’s what I’ll wear in Florida (the supportive croc ones) - are there any rides (WDW or universal) where flip flops are a problem?
Thanks!

Best leave them on the floor once you’re in your seat for Soarin. Your seat will come back to exactly the same place.

My daughter lost one flip flop somewhere on Harry Potters Forbidden Journey! She thinks it is near the big spiders haha... Always sit on our flip flops now

I would assume any of the rides where your feet are dangling could be an issue!
I didn't take mine off on Forbidden Journey and same as others, spent more time concentrating on them not falling than enjoying the ride!

I sit on them on rides where I think they’ll fall off. If you visit Universal in Japan they give you little bands to fasten on to your flip flops and over your feet which I think was a great idea. You just put them in the collection bins at the end of the ride when you leave.

I usually try to wear my walking shoes if I’m going on a ride where my feet dangle but if I haven’t I have either sat on them or like soarin left them on the floor. I’m sure one of the rides at sea world kraken I think used to have baskets at the side where you get off to put them in. It’s been a while since I’ve been on kraken.
