Hi there

Is anyone having problems trying to log in to MDE, I have been using this for the last couple of weeks without any problems, today I get an error message to say I haven’t used this for a while and for security, change my password, tried to do this but it has now frozen me out and won’t let me change password or log in. Tried to report it, they sent me links but these don’t work. Not having any luck at all.

Happened to me earlier. Identical

Phoned and they sent link whilst still on phone and stayed until i got back in.
