I have o2, including the travel inclusive add on, this worked perfectly on our last trip 18 months ago. You get 120 mins and texts per day and unlimited data. I don’t know if you can get it as PAYG, but definitely available on pay monthly. Otherwise it’s £4.99 per day you use it.

If you are on EE and not on the max plan (which gives US coverage) you can upgrade for like 5 quid for 1 month. You can then use your allowance in the US. This is what I do and then just downgrade when I come back.

Vodafone, on unlimited Max gives me my same data and phone limits (unlimited) as in the UK, all local calls abd calls back to the UK”~, but I will still yes what’s app and Skype and wifi
