Great thank you, I’ll have a look now👍

We've stayed at Hard Rock and Royal Pacific. I prefer the aesthetics of RPR, it's very relaxing, but we prefer the rooms and the pool at HRH, plus the walk to the Studios is literally 5 mins. We've booked 3 nights club level at Hard Rock for next August, we did club on our last trip and it was well worth it.

We've stayed at both RPR and HRH and we all prefer the quietness, atmosphere and general feel at RPR. Our room was amazing and I requested a theme park view and boy did they deliver!
We will be going back there next year!

We stayed in a club level future rock star suite for 5 nights last time and loved it! We had 4 adults (including my 82 year old mum) and one 15 year old. The space was amazing and it was cheaper than having 2 rooms. We love the whole vibe of the hard rock and are looking to go back next year again for a couple of nights 😆

We really want to stay Club level but with 2 older teens would love the space of a suite. Are the future rock star suites club level or do you ask to pay extra for the club level perks? It doesn’t mention club level on Travel Republic. Thanks.

Hey, sorry just saw this. I think there is only 2 future rock star suites on the 7th floor club level. The perks are included in the the club level rate. I think we paid about £100 per night more but split between 5 of it, we felt it was good value. I’ll try and upload the video of our room 😬 sorry don’t know how to upload a video but here’s a few pics. Don’t know why we didn’t take more photos, probably as we had the video 🙈

I honestly don’t think you can go wrong. We’ve stayed at all 3 a few times and have things we like about them all.

Portofino are by far the biggest rooms, it’s about a 12 minute walk to universal. Lovely pools, lovely theming. Best onsite pizza at Sals. Starbucks and a nice bar, both are great for sitting out in the lovely courtyard.

Hard Rock. Location is fab. Nice pool but very shallow. Beach volleyball court, nice vibe. The kitchen brunch was really good.

We stayed at both in July 2018 and are in my trip report.

Royal Pacific, nice rooms, great pool with pool volleyball. Location is good, we normally walk to islands and get the boat if going to universal.

I really like the Royal Pacific side as well as you can walk over to sapphire falls and Aventura. If you are thinking of splitting with Cabana Bay I’d maybe go for HR or Portofino, then you get to check out both sides of the resort.

Hard rock. If you move the chair you can leave the rollaway up.

In RPR you can't move around so easily with it in the room. It's ok for a one nighter, but not so flexible if you are staying for more than say Two.

Bathrooms are better in hard rock for families of 5, with two sinks.

Garden rooms in hrh are plenty big enough.

Pool is good. Close to walk.

Portofino has the largest rooms and kids do enjoy it, but for me I would go there after i had done hrh. Unless it was on offer can sometimes rarely, be cheaper.
