Magic bands and onsite hotel

Hi!
We have a trip booked for 2/11/20 for 14 nights at the Enclave suites on I-Drive with Disney tickets via virgin holidays.

I’ve been reading up and I’ve seen we can book 1 night in a Disney hotel to take advantage of EMH, free shuttle and magic bands for 4 of us.
Was looking at Art of animation for the 6th Nov 2020.
Now what I’m asking in a long winded way lol is...
We’d like the magic bands on our first day, is there any way to have them delivered to the Enclave suites or can we pick them up from AoA on arrival day? Or is there something I’m missing?
And once I get the reservation number from Disney I can put that into MDE and it will link the magic bands and booking?

And when we get the Disney tickets via virgin (2/10/20) I can put that reservation into the MDE app as well I’m assuming?

What happens with the fast pass + in regards to the Disney onsite hotel? Will we get 2 days at 60 days plus the 2 days shuttle?

Actually looking at the dates for Mickeys Christmas party this year maybe we’ll stay at AoA the 13th Nov, we leave the 16th so nice way to round off the holiday - if we can get the magic bands when we arrive?

I’m pretty sure that you can only get the magic bands the day you check in if travelling from the U.K. US guests get them shipped prior to arrival.
You would get the day of checkin and checkout for the 60day FP and EMH, I’m not sure what shuttle you mean?

In theory you can get them shipped to any US address, they don't ship them internationally. Whether your offsite hotel will accept/keep them is another matter.

You will be able to book fastpasses at 60 days for day of arrival and upto check out day of your onsite booking. Disney transport is free for all guests whether staying on or off site.

And yes to adding bookings to MDE.

Why not book your AoA stay for your first night in US. Then you get all the perks, l8ke Magicbands and FPs

Just ask your hotel if they accept packages for guests and how long they would hold them and any potential charge for them to do so. Don't mention anything about magicbands, no need to.
