Best day of the week to visit Kennedy Space centre

Hi,

Travelling next August 13th-27th, just starting to plan my days and just wondering if there's a better day to visit the space centre? I've been reading a weekend is a good time to visit here? Is there a difference? I've read you can get school trips during the week but as they will have only gone back to school assuming there may not be many school trips right at the start of term? Thank you

We got our tickets for the Saturday. Been told to get there early tho. It's supposed to be a good day out.

weekends are best as no big tours. we loved our day there and there was still parts we didn't get to do even though we got there at opening and left at closing
