My breakfast was a burrito, I think this was an instacart sub as I'd tried to get a breakfast burrito. But I'm fine with non breakfast foods at breakfast time, so doesn't matter either way.

Not exciting, but perfectly nice. DH had a porridge pot which I did not take a photo of.

Then off to Epcot for Guardians, which was a walk on. Disco Inferno this time, so that's four different songs on four rides 😁

We then did the Moana water attraction, as we'd missed this up until now. A nice addition to the park.

Then Nemo was down, so we just went into the seas so see Lil Joe 😍

We spent about an hour in Epcot and we're on a bus back to Saratoga at 10. Checked out just before 11 and took a Lyft to Sapphire Falls. Checked in straight away and our room was ready and I was taking these photos at 11:31.

DH was still a bit run down so I went to the shop and picked up some decongestants and a cinnamon bun.

I'm not sure which was most effective, but he picked up after those. We went down to the pool for a little, then headed into Universal briefly. It's so nice being able to walk into the parks, popping into the preview centre on the way. Lots of fun to see this and even more fun listening to the variety of facts shared by people looking at it, could pass hours just listening 🤣🤣

We explored the new dreamworks land. DH suggested we go in the show, which is very unlike DH, so those medications must have done a great job!

Then we rode ET, which went down for a bit while we were in the queue. But we were in no rush and it's a nice queue, so all good.

We headed back to the hotel and looked at options on Uber Eats. We ended up ordering from Mexican Camel, which is a restaurant we were planning on visiting, but this was nice and easy.

It's Mexican food where you can build your own burrito/bowl and theres loads of options including a Mediterranean section.

I had a nice bowl, with loads of toppings and added hummus. DH had a chicken burrito. There was an offer on where we got two of each, so all of that delivered was $50.58 and that did us two meals.

It's hard to get the scale from the photos, they were massive. It was a nice combination of fresh good food, but covered in yummy sauces so it didn't feel like I was eating anything too healthy. The stand out has to be trying picked turnip 🙂

I absolutely loved this, DH enjoyed it but it's definitely more my food than his. I think we ended up back in the room ready to go to sleep before 8 🙈
We loved Moana lots of fun getting wet 🙈I think Hubbie picked up after having that cinnamon bun, I know I would
Your room looks FAB🤩

Day 11

We had a nice early start at IoA, the Passholder line during Passholder Appreciation makes a massive difference. Here's where we made our first mistake though, we have a rule that if Hagrids bikes aren't flying around testing then we don't enter the queue. This rule has served us well, but for some reason we decided to ignore it. We knew what would happen and ended up waiting an hour and a half. Worst part was our cereal bars were in the locker! Oh well, Hagrids is still much fun.

Then much quicker queues for Velocicoaster and Hulk. At that point it really was time for breakfast.

Tots and Starbucks and we remembered to get passholder discount on both. I'm aware mine is essentially the same thing that I ate at HHN the night before, just with different shaped potatoes. Still yummy though 🙂

Then we left the parks and popped out to the premium outlets. A new cat bowl from the Disney store, some Levis for Mil, some board shorts for DH and far too much from Bath and Bodyworks.

Then we were off somewhere new which we were quite excited about: Trader Joe's. We had a lovely Lyft driver over there and discussed the joy of visiting grocery stores when you're abroad.

Trader Joe's seemed great to me. We spent about $70 including a candle, a pickle bag and lunch for the next day.

Lots of nice things to bring home.

Then we popped into citywalk where they sorted my donuts and we went into universal not sure what we wanted to do. We got there just as the parade starts and had a wonderful spot to view, so this was perfect.

Really enjoyed this.

Then we came back to Sapphire and down to the pool for a bit.

I enjoyed the Mezcal paloma, but I'll probably have something else if we go back. Server was fab (if a little busy) and twice pointed out that there was already 18% service charge on the bill so we don't have to tip on top.

I then ate snacks for tea which is a perfect meal for me.

DH had Popeyes which he's enjoyed before (although not the one we visited in the UK) and enjoyed again very much.

I was definitely no longer hungry, but thought I'd better check those donuts so had half of one.

Full of jam this time and yummy!

What a shopping haul! 😀

The Sapphire Falls pool is lovely. My favourite drink is the Tropical Hurricane, it’s soooo good. Although I’m jealous that you got a proper glass as mine came in a thin plastic throwaway cup both times I had it!

That's the first time we've been to Trader Joe's, but (as long as like all the stuff when we get home) it will definitely be on the list for future trips

I'm lying at the pool right now. I'm quite tempted to order a Top of the Palm as I've really enjoyed that previously. But I think that will slow down my getting ready for HHN too much 🎃
