Disney cruise line ground transfers

Great news Disney cruise line ground transfers available to add to reservations for 2025.
You can add Disney cruise transfers by live chat or phone.

If you have paid your cruise in full and final payment date has gone past you won't be able to add via live chat because of data protection you will need to call Disney cruise line to add transfers to your reservation.

If you booked via travel agent they will add it on for you at your request just ask travel agent to add transfers on to your reservation.

And more amazing they are the same price as this year. admittedly they did got up quite a bit from 23 to 24.

I had been wondering how to add the ground transfer to my booking. First time cruiser and I had thought I must need to wait until I had paid as I don't see a way of adding it now.

So I should go onto chat and try? My final payment is due in about a month.

Edited to add: Actually I can't find a chat function.

If you are doing a land and sea vacation package it won't show you an option to add transfers online. You need to ask Disney cruise line customer services to add it on for you.
You can do it via live chat or give Disney cruise line a call on the free toll number (800) 951-3532 or if you are calling from UK 0800 171 2317

The live chat is on the Disney cruise website on the cruise search page on the right and it usually comes up from 9am Eastern time.

I am just doing a cruise, no land involved in my booking. Des that make a difference?

I still can’t find a chat function and I don’t know what you mean by on the right of the cruise search page. I think maybe I will call tomorrow afternoon.

Sometimes the live chat doesn't show when they are very busy anyway just give them a call.
