Tea is of course an exception for my wife.
The OP isn’t adverse to trying the ‘culture’ she is just looking at ways to save a bit of money on snacks.

Snack items to take:
Breadsticks
Crisps
Squash
Cereal bars
Biscuits
Those little boxes of cereals

They are the kind of things I take when I go with 3 x children. Although I go on the DDP it is always good to have some snacks handy for the kids, if they get hungry in the room first thing in the morning or just before bed.

We don't take anything with us, we just buy it all when we arrive. Even before owning our own home when we stayed in hotels we would just drive to Walmart or Publix when we arrived and get a few snacks and drinks for the room. We still eat out most mornings for breakfast to get on the road and into the parks quicker.

We been a few times but never take any food as we found it easy just to,pop to one of the big super markets when we where staying at celebration suites we had Walmart just a ride away and Publix was just a short walk so we had everything we needed.

Never take anything. The first shopping trip to Public is all part of the Florida experience for us.

Nothing, for a decent cuppa we go to Mickey D's or Starbucks.

A tablet tower with a month's worth of the pills that keep in tip-top condition.

If Icelandic ash falls, I'm good, anything else can be bought out there. A good chunk of cash. I can still remember the tales from the last go-round.

The first time we took a lot of snack bar, raisin boxes, etc, for the kids but now I would only take tea bags. I take a few coffee sachets for my husband too, he might only have 3/4 a holiday so not worth buying a jar out there. Although we stay in a villa so do take cleaning stuff, dishwasher tablets, bin liners, a few sandwich bags.

If we’re there for Christmas we take bisto and paxo as the us equivalents are awful.

The only other thing is a single sugar and coffee sachet liberated from the premier in the night before for my fist coffee.
