Thank you! I was really good last year but slipped before Christmas. Big birthday in September and I want to be in good shape!
Don’t think I’ll get the M&S fruit and veg award next month though as I’m only shopping online these days 😂

A fair bit of walking involved for me today! OH had an important meeting earlier so I left the house so he was completely in peace.

The dog and I were very wet and very muddy 😂

I’m really proud of myself for doing it, usually I would have given up by now. Each week I’ve had a couple of days where the pain was too much to hit 10k, normally this would have led me to not bothering anymore. But clearly my mind is in the right place and I just start again the next day now! Hopefully the will power lasts longer than the rain 😂😂😂

Very muddy walk with the dog today, mostly managed to avoid the rain apart from one downpour. Had to wash him off with a jug of warm water in the garden - he was not coming in my house in that state!

I think my water retention is quite high this week, I feel quite bloated so hoping for a maintain this week. Going to try and drink more water as I’m one for not drinking very much at all, (not just water, anything!) so hopefully that will help, I feel very heavy.

He’s having a slower week bless him, I’m so proud of him though, his head is really in the game with WW and he’s really embracing it this time. He has a lot less to lose than I do but he’s doing amazing.

Lost 2.5lb this week so my total is 9lb.
I’ve been walking a minimum of 10kms everyday but must admit some days I feel I can’t be bothered but feel better when I do.
Enjoying my jelly and ice cream most nights watching tv,the ice cream doesn’t taste low calorie so it’s a nice treat for about 60 calories.
