How to keep water bottle cold
Gonna be awkward and ask anyway.
Don’t wanna have to take ice packs and not sure if freezing it before hand would work for us either as we have two young kids who could want the drink before it’s melted. I can only carry one bottle at a time. Cheers |

You could just get freeze ice water whilst you are there? Or take a specially bottle that keeps things cold - like a Chillie and refill it there.

most supermarkets sell Chilly type bottles, Wilko's have them for £6 each
something like these ebay/itm/Stainless...YAAOSwy2NckGaz the neck is big enough for ice cubes to fit in ( at disney ) and they work well |

freeze them, then stick in a couple of bags to take to the parks.. by the time you want a drink, they will have melted somewhat. then just keep topping them up from the water fountains until its all melted (and cooled the fountain water)

we also "nick" ice from the bottled coke carts - especially if we just watched them putting it out from huge fresh bags!

We usually freeze half a large bottle of water, and top up with fresh as necessary. Doesn't always last all day, but works better than freezing whole bottle.
(Not tried this method in the parks etc, but works well on European holidays and am planning the sane in florida) |

Invest in one of the largest Chilly’s water bottles. Fill with freezing cold water and it will stay cold all day. Best Florida purchase I ever made.

if you're inside a theme park, just go to a CS restaurant and ask for ice water.
it's free, you can get as often as you want it comes in cups you can either throw after use (or fill the bottle with) or keep and top up with fountain water until the ice is fully melted. And get a new cup when the kids want a drink or when your bottle is empty or too warm you don't have to carry it around, and you're guaranteed to have ice cold water whenever you need some Edited at 03:03 PM. |

We used chilli bottles for the first time on our last trip. We will definitely be doing that going forward.

Now i love " soda or pop ", sprite is my chosen soft drink, used to drink a fair few at WDW, when doing a buffet it wasnt uncommon to have 6 or more refills, i always felt slightly bloated and felt sloth-like
last time we took the chilli bottle and drank water or squash, it was much better, we re-hydrated without the fizz, another plus was, i didnt put on 1 stone in 3 weeks, only 2lb |
