Getting the marriage licence - Disney wedding

Hi

We have booked our wedding / honeymoon for September next year YIPPPEEE!

Were staying on Disney property and booking one of the Disney weddings.

I understand that you need to obtain the wedding licence before the ceremony.

Which court house did you go to and how do we get there from Disney without a car?

Thank you

Closest one is probably in Kissimmee.

Lynx bus, taxi or Uber to get there.

We went to the Osceola courthouse, was easy enough to get there but we drove. Maybe you should look at paying to get it done before you go?

We used brevardclerk.us/ to get ours by post to save us the hassle of going to a courthouse as like you we are staying at Disney with no car. be warned though it needs to be notarised by a solicitor over here, this cost us £80 but its a great service and it saves us time on our holiday.

We also used Brevard County, they are very helpful and efficient

You don't have to be a solicitor to be a notary here. You can get things notorized in all kinds of places. I bet even on Disney property.

Using Brevard's mail away service is so we have our license before we reach Orlando. And so the documents they send have to be notarised wherever you live.

It costs a little more, but you have the peace of mind of having your license with you before you leave home.

Oh, no bother I didn't mean to come across as narky. Just wanted to clear it up in case anyone else is thinking of using the service.
