Ever bumped into anyone you know whilst in Florida?

I once met a friend of a friend who I know on Facebook but had never met here in the UK. Saw her and her family having their pictures taken with Goofy in EPCOT. Never manage a meet up at home but managed it in Disney 😀

I heard my name being called in DHS last year and it was a work colleague. I'd known she was there roughly the same time but we'd had no plans to meet.
I also met a fellow Disney FB friend in MK after he recognised DH from a photo I'd posted that morning!

We were in the big Disney shop at Disney springs at the pandora counter I was waiting to be served and thought that accent next to me sounds familiar. It was a family from the same village as us very bizarre it was also our first full day in Florida.

We bumped into a friend in the queue for the Cat in the Hat, i could hear someone call DH's name but ignored it as assumed they were calling someone else. Everyone else in the queue was more impressed than us that we both came all the way from England to bump into each other. On the flip side though we found out a friend of DD had stayed at the same Disney hotel as us for the same 2 weeks, used the buses to and from the parks and we never saw her once (didnt know she was going to be there, only found out a few years later when DD saw one of her holiday photos)

We were in a queue at SeaWorld and the lady from the family in front turned around and it was an old work colleague. She had told me that they were going to Florida that summer, but I didn't know when. It felt really weird.

Yes! Was very weird...i drive outlets queuing up for food...my neighbour from my entire childhood ( my dad and his dad still live there ) ...dandered up to me! Hadnt seen him in years 😀😀

One of my daughters class mates was there the same time as us in 2014 and we met bumped into them on 5 or 6 separate occasions. Would never have thought that was possible.

We've bumped into at least one family we know most years. Some we've known were out there and some we haven't. DH and DS literally bumped into some neighbours in the lazy river a couple of years ago!

Dad and I were walking through Seaworld and he did a double take as he saw a couple walking towards us. They were old friends of his who they went out with regularly on a Saturday night. Not seen them for years and had no idea they'd moved out there.
