When do i get my tickets?

Hi guys first time staying onsite, we go first week in November and we have the qs dining plan, just wondering do we receive our park tickets before we go? (we booked with Disney) or will they be at the desk on check in? I have read that some people receive their magic bands before they travel. can any of you guys tell me more?

Hi,

You don’t receive an actual park ticket if you are staying on site as they are linked to your magic band. You then use this to enter the parks.The magic bands will be ready for you when you check in as they don’t post them overseas.

As above - you won't get tickets in advance because you use your Magic Band as your tickets, and your bands will be waiting at the hotel check in as they don't ship them overseas, so only US guests get them in advance. In a few weeks or so though, you will get a pack of info from the Disney Travel Company (we got ours last week and go a few weeks before you). Not hugely exciting but it does contain luggage tags and the voucher to collect the gift card if this was part of your booking offer.
