Well done BA
Flight was cancelled on Thursday ,Rang Thursday afternoon for refund and money has gone back in today .

Are you reading this Virgin Atlantic We've been told 100 days by Virgin. Some Dibbers say they should reimburse within 20 and I really look forward to any tips so that I can make them enforce that. Mick

It's not all rosy with BA. We were meant to fly on March 28th and we're still waiting for confirmation of what is happening to our taxes and Avios... they're now refusing to speak to us on the phone as our flight is not within 72 hours (no... it was 2 weeks ago) and saying the taxes cannot be refunded. Erm... they have to refund taxes!

I had great service from BA too when it came to changing my holiday was very impressed, still need to sort out my car hire with them will call next week

Not good, guess ours was a straightforward flight paid by cash maybe that’s why it was so quick being refunded. Hope you get sorted soon.

Our trip was meant to be April 22nd, we had our refund 2 weeks ago, We cannot fault BA, Greg from BA phoned to tell us our holiday had been cancelled and 6 days later full refund in our account. Given all that they will be dealing with, this was excellent service.

Will like to add my thanks to BA call centre staff. Phoned at 0830 and had about 15 minute wait to speak to agent, and no quibble refund on deposit of fly drive due to fly 24 June. Refund payment may take up to 21 days, and email confirmation received within 5 mins.

Gotta say BA have handled mine great so far, waiting for refund to come through but I rang them today, got through and they were happy to help, didn't even ask if we wanted a voucher, just handled the refund like customer care should do. Wouldn't hesistate to book direct with them again, they've been helpful every time I've called with other holiday requests and I have to say they've handled it better than a lot of their competitors.
