It varies on the hot meal but a few of the ones we've had in the past have been nuggets with mash or wedges and beans, we've also had spaghetti and tomato sauce (can't remember whether there was a meatball on top or not) and also mac 'n' cheese with nuggets, they always come with a frube, some haribos and a gingerbread man.
We always pack a few sandwiches, some pringles and some fruit just in case the girls don't like the meal. More often than not now though they just eat the adult meal and snack on what we take with us, hope this helps.

hi
when we flew with virgin last month, my son didnt get a childs meal there or on the way back. I had booked meals both ways but they didnt have his name down. The stewerdess was really good, trying to find him something. She came back with a cheese sandwich and prawn cocktail crisps, which is is favourite, so he took the cheese off his sandwich and put the crisps on. He also had a milky way and a wee packet of sweets. I would take extra things just in case

This year my two had pasta in cheese and tomato sauce for their main meal and a cheese spread and jam sandwich for a snack (separate sandwiches) on the way out and roast chicken, mash and veg for their main and a choice of ham, cheese and egg muffin or cheese and egg bagel for breakfast on the way back.
