Supposed to fly to Florida tomorrow but it was cancelled - no flights.
Tbh I was relieved but now it’s here I do feel a bit deflated.
Been working from home with zen music on YouTube but today I’ve opted for a 4 hour loop of the space mountain star tunnel music 😂😂

We should have been flying out Saturday morning. Me OH, son, DIL and our 2 granddaughters.
We were going straight to a villa in Cape Coral, they were in a villa in Orlando for a week to do the parks, then down to us for their 2nd week.

All got our refunds sorted out quite easily. They are planning for 2022.

We bought a VW Camper 😁.

It's a tough day to get through.

The same happened to me in May. Looking at the papers today, I'm not holding out much hope for Spain in early January.

We were flying out tomorrow, then a RC cruise to Mexico then a week on Anna Maria Island.

Tough but those places are not going anywhere, there is next year to look forward to.

We are rebooked for next year. It was DH and my first holiday without either of the kids so I was a bit anxious anyway. But next year we have booked it totally different to ever before. 1 week at HRH and 1 week at Caribbean beach - first time ever staying on Disney Property. I accept this years has gone but hope next years happens

We went to a firework display (Abbingdon fireworks in Oxfordshire) on the day we were supposed to fly out (22nd August) and of course made all the obligatory jokes about how much better off we were than had we been at WDW as they don't currently have the fireworks, purely to conceal our misery
