Whilst my memory isn't that good, I believe, as you walk away from the atrium area, B garage area is to your right, which brings you out onto the south lane for the 417... Gadgey Mick will let you know if I'm wrong

Flying with a UK carrier direct. As you exit the Monorail and into the atrium:-

Go right for side A
Go left for side B

Chris

Walking along the corridor off APM 4 where all direct UK flights land keep bearing left for B side garage. Turn right and a bit diagonally for side A

Need to jump on this thread quickly.
Flying tomorrow, Booked through DFCH, done online check in & have printed barcode.
Just had an email from Alamo containing check-in instructions & in bold it says 'please do not go directly to the car'
Do I ignore this?

You've done OLCI which allows you to skip the counter and printed the bar code nothing else to do. Straight to garage A or B (if you're MCO ) and pick a car.

You'll get your agreement at the barrier where you can also add fuel service if you like and bring back on fumes - unless you've already added it with Andy.

Hi, can I ask a question about this. I have just done olci which is fine, but I hadn’t realised there are 2 garages. We have a 15 seater booked it is saying that we have to go to the counter to collect our keys. Would this be the case with this type of vehicle ? I wouldn’t imagine both garages having one of these sitting about.

Can I just add my own preference when sorting your alamo car on arrival.
I have always done olci, but when I arrive at alamo I have always gone to the self service kiosk and printed my own agreement, it takes 5 mins you enter your license details and and your reservation pops up/ swipe your cc then you just select any add ons you want or prepay fuel then it prints your agreement, now the reason i do this is the total charges always reads zero and when i get to the barrier with my car they can,t add any sneaky charges on as i have done it all myself at the kiosk, it's worked great everytime.

No need to collect keys, both garages will have the vans available.

The Guys at the Alamo hut may intercept you or are there if you need them for assistance. No tip needed.

Thank you very much, with 4 kids in tow it is so handy to have this option. Normally just the 2 of us and use Avis preferred so very happy with this.
