Nope, we’ve ridden twice now and both times turned up in the afternoon (3:30 yesterday) when we’ve seen the queue time showing 120 mins. First time we were on and off in 55mins and yesterday we had not long joined when it was stopped for bad weather. We decided to wait it out and 30 mins later it was up and running again. 45 mins later and we were on. Just to help, once you reach the building and get inside all going well you’ve got around 45 to 50 minutes until you ride.

Hi,
We rode it yesterday 31/8, line showed 180mins this was at 8.15pm, we joined it and started queuing just outside the building, 20 mins or so later there was an announcement to say it had stopped due to weather, lots of people left, we stayed, 5 mins later the ride was back up and running. We finally got on at 9.40pm so about 1 hour 30 mins. The ride is fantastic, so pleased we managed to get on it. I would say I found the queuing a bit boring, a couple of large rooms and lots of long dark corridors, the noise from people queuing is also really loud but it was worth it.

Our DS’s and a GF ride it yesterday morning - they got to the park entrance for approx 8.10 ready for the park to open at 9am. DH and I met them at 10.30 outside Cinnabon.

I have been here since Saturday evening, spent 6 hours in the park yesterday, but avoided Hagrids, managed to get on just about everything I wanted to on single rider. Today I got to the park at 8:30, and did Forbidden Journey and Kong, before I decided to bite the bullet and queue for Hagrids. Posted time was 210 minutes, and the queue was outside the main entrance and looped along the wall behind the wand shop. At the entrance they were warning of 3.5 to 4 hours queue. It took an hour to get into the building, and then 45 minutes later I was on the ride! Absolutely fantastic ride, and certainly worth the wait. Going to try for an evening/dusk ride if I can later in the week.

Did you do single rider for Hagrid as well? Just curious as there’s a Tim Tracker video on YouTube where he advised avoiding it as the main queue moved quicker and was wondering if it’s changed.

Posted time was 210 all morning today so we didn’t try to ride. When we walked past to leave though the queue was all inside so I don’t think it can have been as long as posted.

Just now it’s showing 100 minutes.

We are here now and arrived at IOA at 8.30, they let you in and hold you and then at 9 everyone makes a dash for Hagrid. We were told in the queue that it was 210 minutes wait, it took 90. I have to say it was brilliant, a fantastic ride.

After taking 2.5 hours to ride on Saturday morning after getting in the queue at 8.50am we decided today to try it in the single rider line , I think we fell quite lucky as we managed to get all 4 of us on it within 40 mins.
I'm glad we did it as a family first but still really enjoyed it as a single rider.
Brilliant ride, we all loved it.

There was no single rider line the I rode, and to be honest I would rather see the whole queue the first time. Still planning on going back Thursday or Friday and I would love to try and get on in the evening.

We went 2 days ago... arrived at 07.40...park open at 08.30..
Held the queue near Seuss landings then made everyone walk behind security to the ride... of course people were pushing and speed walking to get there first and ended up being a bit of a crush...but we managed to ride with about a 30 minute wait from the queue entrance...its an excellent ride which I d love to do again and would risk the crush for!
