Just to update.All tickets were fine in the end and does include parking.We went to Busch Gardens first and the free parking was not showing when the parking kiosk was scanning ticket.He just told us to park as normal and go to the main ticket booth.They had to look through a different system on their computers and eventually found my booking and issued tickets.I doubt this would happen if Discovery Cove was your first park though.

As Discovery Cove is self parking there is no scanning of tickets, that's why if you go to DC first you'll be grand.
As you (and me three weeks ago) went to BG first you have to remember that you had no ticket, you had a voucher that needed to be exchanged for a ticket, the ticket you got will have the free parking.
That's the reason free parking was not showing for you, the employee at the kiosk was scanning a voucher
