Mobile David's DVC price increase

It's in another thread but thought it worth highlighting this.

Non Premium resort (Disney's Hilton Head, Disney's Vero Beach, Disney's Saratoga Springs,
Disney's Old Key West) owners receive $14.50 for all bookings

Premium resort owners receive $15.50 for bookings 7 months to 11 months, $14.50 for bookings within 7 months.

Renters pay either $20 or $19 accordingly.

At $1.30 to the those figures work out as

$14.50 = 11.15
$15.50 = 11.92
$19.00 = 14.61
$20.00 = 15.38

This puts me off Daves- competitor sites are paying owners the same (higher amount) for all resorts.
Id put mine up myself now for 14 a point.

I've just rented out points via Dave, thought I got more than expected.
I find them great to work with and so easy. I like the buffer between me and the renter.

Agree great service and Ive used them before, but compared to competitors they are now underpaying OKW and SSR owners.

I guess it is supply and demand, any resort with easy park access so you US peeps can pop down and do Galaxys Edge on a short break is probably why.

Agreed. I assume Dave get's a lot of renters with points at those 'non premium' resort so doesn't have to offer as much in return.
