Odd question - what colour is the castle?!
Following on from a thread of mine about decorating a room to remind us of the Magic Kingdom, what colour is the castle?!
In my head (and my photos) the brick parts are grey but in some online photos and colour palettes, it looks a light pinky-beige colour and even has some yellow in there.. Like in this photo: i.pinimg/originals/16/0d...2826bd9d63.jpg Do you think that photo has just been taken in a glowing light and a computer has automatically picked out the pink/yellow colours because I'm sure I've never see anything apart from grey?! I've been so many times and thought I knew it like the back of my hand but I'm now doubting my own eyesight |

I’ve always thought grey and blue, I love the Lego castle but I think the colour scheme still looks off!

Excited about Disney
|
It’s grey indeed, but that photo was taken at sunrise and then the warm tones have been brought out in the editing. It can look quite yellow and sometimes almost pink at sunrise on the right day. It’s a very clever choice of materials to look very different in different light, where the Disneyland castle always has its own pink colour scheme. Sometimes warm, sometimes not, but it pretty much always looks pink all day while Cinderella castle ‘changes’ throughout the day.
