Orlando attraction ticket cancellation fes

Hey was just wondering if anyone new what orlando attraction tickets cancellation fees where we had booked with them but just paid £40 deposit , then later on in the year had got a better price so with another. I had totally forgotten all about the orlando attraction tickets until I received a email from them saying that the where going to collect the balance and is know gotten me in a complete frenzy , anyone have any reassuring information

Their t&c's say that by using their deposit option you authorise them to collect the balance automatically when due so you would be best to check what card you paid the deposit with in case they've already taken or attempted to take payment. Here's a link to their t&c's
