picking car up disney car care cant find the answers

Taking the DME to Saratoga springs then collecting car Disney Car Care. Couple of queries I cant find the answer for.

If we book with fuel cant we return empty. I think we can.

There are three drivers do they all have to be present if we use save time .

There was thread on this some months ago and people had different experiences with the additional driver either at the rental desk or if having done savetime then at the barrier

The consensus was they need to be present with their license.

Additional drivers may be required to present a valid license and credit card in their name at the time of rental, (In Manhattan locations, additional driver must present a valid credit card and valid license in their name).
