FP+ for Mission:SPACE

Hello everyone

Just at the 30 day mark for FP for Epcot but its saying there are no more FP available for Mission:SPACE (one of my favourite attractions!). I find this very surprising as the last 6 years have not been a problem at all. Anyone know any reasons why this would be the case? I know its been closed for a refurb but I thought it opened again on 1st Aug?

There is no confirmed reopening date as of yet, I couldn't book any fastpasses for it for my trip and mine runs until 2nd of September, best bet is that Disney isn't sure on the opening date as of yet and therefore won't release the Fastpasses.

I think Mission space is undergoing some sort of refurbishment but not sure when its scheduled for completion, that could be why showing no availability?

There have been a couple of other threads about this. There are quite a few of us itching to get a fastpass for this so I'm sure when they become available we'll all be posting lol

Due to reopen at the end of August
But no FP available yet for the first 3 weeks of September

its meant to reopen 31 july but who knows if it will be longer

I'm totally gutted this is as much of a loss to me as splash mountain

a popular theory is that it's going to be re-launched as a Guardians of the Galaxy ride but that said they appear to think that every ride is going to be a GoG

I am expecting a re-launch of some kind during D23 as it makes no sense to take the whole thing offline like they did

It was due to open in July... now it's opening date is unconfirmed.

Hopefully they will release the FPs in August.
