Seaworld Quick queue unlimited

We bought quick queue unlimited passes which state quite clearly include kraken. They have changed this to spot saver recently and the new edition of the passes no longer include this ride. Surely though they have to honour the ones we bought that were advertised to include it and state it on them? Or offer us one of the new single ride front of line passes at no charge?

We have the same, hubby just had a look and in attractions magazine people who have these tickets are to use the kraken exit for quick queue.
