Right - down to business (puts rum cocktail down).

First, are we going to have two separate meets or just the one ?

Its the one in June that I was planning to go to, but if other people prefer the May date, then there's no reason why there can't be two

Perhaps we could do a quick roll call ...just reply stating May or June, and whether you just want to ;
- join us for the set menu lunch at Panoramic 34
- join us on the dockside

plus where you intend to be staying in Liverpool (if anywhere)
..Me & DH still intend to stay at the Titanic - Stanley dock (careful there's more than one Titanic Hotel in Liverpool !)

I've contacted the restaurant to reconfirm our interest (they can't take our booking for another few weeks) but thought it a good idea to make sure they know we are still wanting ring side seating !
