Disney Springs

Hi guys,

We have never been to Disney Springs before but are planning on going during our August trip this year.

Thinking of doing a park such as MK till 2/3pm then heading to DS for a wander and dinner before heading back to our offsite villa.

Is it better to go back to our car and drive to Disney Springs from the MK car park or get park transport to DS and back again to car park?

Have not used Park transport to park hop, etc.. so no idea which is quicker

Thanks!

Drive in your own car.

Buses don’t go directly to parks from Disney Springs (to prevent abuse of free parking at DS)

There’s loads of car parking there and it’s free

Thanks Wigan Lass! Guess that settles it then

Do you happen to know how long it takes to get from MK to DS?

Thanks!

Depends on traffic but no more than 15-20 mins usually to get parked up etc. Have fun

You can get a bus from a park to Disney Springs and back now, but, only after 4pm. So based on your plan, you are, like previous posters said, better off driving.

Not quite right, buses only run from the parks to Disney Springs after 4pm. There is no service from Disney Springs to the parks at any time.

Definitely drive the car yourselves. The garages at DS are great, it’ll be much easier too.
