The tea party would have been in the morning probably 7/8am. They have the ‘bush’ dividers to hide the table from the promenade for the people entering from international gateway but you can’t see any guests walking by so it would be before park open at 9am. They would have to be done probably around 10/10:30 in order to have the area cleared up and open for world showcase at 11.

I've walked past a wedding at the Canada pavilion, it was early (before World Showcase opened, we entered in from the broadwalk) and I could only see a little bit as the wedding party walked around the Hotel du Canada building (the wedding was on the top level beside it, I think). They had a cast member at the bottom deflecting people and some planters out to block it off. If I was in a hurry, or approaching the future world side, I wouldn't have noticed it.

We walked past a wedding on the lakefront by the Beach Club resort almost every day during our 2016 stay there. Didn’t see any weddings in the parks but when we went to California last April we saw loads of wedding photo shoots.

Me and dh watched the one where the lady went to Kelinfeld for her dress, we spent the whole episode saying "how much must this have cost? " Crazy money, even with the freebies!
I love all wedding programmes so watching one about weddings at Disney is perfect for me!
