Sunshine seasons at Epcot- DDP

Can anyone clarify what you can get at SS at Epcot for a quick service?
We went twice and had two completely different experiences.
First visit-
We had a wrap each and asked if we could swap the drink for a desert which they said yes. As we got to the till to pay (magic band QS) the lady serving us said that we could go and grab some chips (crisp) to go with the wraps as a side. So we got a wrap, packet of crisp & a cake for a QS credit.
We really enjoyed this so on another trip to Epcot we returned and got the same items and double checked at the till that we could swap the drink for a desert.
We was told, very bluntly may I add, that we could not swap the drink for a desert and if we wanted the crisp we would have to use a snack credit!
We explained what we was told on our previous visit to SS so she got another CM over who agreed that we could not swap the drink nor have a side with the wrap.
This was all very embarrassing and we just got a drink and a wrap for our QS credit then left very hungry lol

So what can you get? If you have a sandwich or wrap is that it with a drink?

Most QS outside the resorts won't swap out the drinks anymore so I think you probably got lucky with someone who would do it rather than unlucky with someone who wouldn't. I had zero success asking for this outside of POFQ this trip. Others may have had more luck than me but that was my experience!

With the chips, i'm not sure on that as I've been offered a few times when I've had a sandwich or wrap to have them included but I don't know what the official line is on that one.

Craving a Disney wrap now!

Yes, I don’t know anywhere else away from resorts that allow you to swap the drink but they definitely did at SS. I have just been reading a food report and they swapped their drinks and got a side as part of the meal.
It must depend on the CM lol
