Hello all
I have a smart tv that is not so smart anymore as it will not connect to internet any longer (my fault for playing )

but I do have it connected to a freesat box.
I do not have sky or BT or any other streaming companies etc.

so, how do I get the Disney+?

Any help appreciated please

best bet is to go through your TV menu and look for factory default and reset it.

You can sign up with Disney plus via their website as normal (do it before Monday if you want to get the offer of 12 months for £49.99).

Then on Tuesday when it launches you will be able to download the Disney plus app on your firestick and enter your username and password that you created when you signed up via the Disney website.

Hope that makes sense.

Here are the options for watching Disney plus.

If you don’t have any at the moment you could get a firestick that plugs into the TV so you could watch it that way.

What's the make and model of your TV if you know it?

Thanks Wanye. I already have amazon prime which I can watch on my tv in bedroom, does this make a difference as in can I watch it through prime? or still get the stick to watch it?
Sorry I am struggling with these so called smart tvs lol.
The tv in bedroom does connect to internet but I can only watch prime and Netflix, which are the ones on my remote control for it

If you manage to get your TV connected to the internet, or perhaps plug in the FireStick from your bedroom TV, you'll be able to watch on the 24th.

Once it app launches (it's not available yet) you will be able to "cast" image like below

from your phone to your TV or FireStick if they are connected to the same network.
