Singing for free parking

I would never embarrass myself, but my brother primed his DDs age 3 & 4,to do this last October. Sometimes it worked, other times they got a smile and still charged the parking fee.

Hi All. I have had free parking three times. First time I was trying to use up all of my change and had it in a little mag (they said have a magical day), 2nd time I had notes and they took them..then said have you been at our Water Park (as the notes were all wet..and then when I said yes if you are a dedicated Nemo go right it. Last time. They looked at me and said as I was super smiley they would make my day. My DH was embarrassed each time, but this is not new!
