I have booked Disney's Magical Express but haven't received any sort of confirmation.

Am I right in saying that I can go to the DME desk at MCO with my hotel booking confirmation number and they'll have it on record that I've booked?

Last time we went 2014 we had no email confirmation and had to wait an anxious 10 minutes as they said we were not booked on. This time I had email day after I booked DME. Suggest you call Disney to check.

I booked online and had an email confirmation within 24 hours, it may be worth resending your request?

Yes, and if not, I'm sure they'll try and accommodate you.

My confirmation took 48 hours to come through by email.

I'll give them a ring then. I did call last week & I did ask for an email confirmation which they said would take up to 48hrs to come through. I land at MCO at 8 so last thing I want is for there to be any delay.

Yes. People who already have magicbands can scan those, but they will also be able to look you up in the system. The easiest thing is to show them your confirmation.

Yep. Just called. They had sent it out to my email but had spelled it wrong.

So I would have turned up on the day with my confirmation number & wouldn't have been an issue as I was booked on, but always nice to have things 100% confirmed with a physical email.
