Ldw
Hello,
I have hired a car from Alamo. I noticed that CDW is included and $1 million liability cover is included too. Is the liability cover the same as the Loss damage waiver? Am confused! Thank you for your help! |

The problem we all face is each Company entitles the Insurances differently.
LDW is the same as CDW. What you have is the norm and is good to go. This covers the rental car. Then there is Supplementary Liability Insurance, sometimes called Extended Protection. SLI and EP are where the $1.000.000 figure appears. This is what covers you for damage/injury to 3rd parties. Again with Alamo (who call it EP) you are good to go.
