MDE problems

Hello

So this morning I was finally able to link my reservation to MDE (2 weeks after getting it) I booked hotel and tickets together through disney

It is showing the hotel and all that information just fine, but when I click on tickets it says that I have none, when I put in my reservation number is says it is already linked to another account (my account I am using)

Now I can personalise my magic bands, but that is about it. It doesn't show memory maker either, despite being part of the package.

Is this normal?

My park tickets took another 2 weeks to automatically link thereselves. The memory maker doesn't show either. It automatically links once your first picture is uploaded.

Hi Penguin I had the same error message but regarding me trying to link my Magic Bands. I gave a quick call to Disney and they sorted it there and then over the phone.

I had a similar problem with the 'other account' message but I was using the reservation number from the email invoice and not the hotel reservation which I found in MDE. When I used this, all was fine.

Super, thanks everyone. It's all showing now! I think I just needed to be more patient. Was too excited, ha!
