Car hire prices killing it

Not heard of either of them, but they are just brokers/search engines by the looks, you'll need to look at the details that they link you to to see if you have the appropriate insurance. I've had a search on both and neither get good prices for my dates. The latter seems has an option of FOX cars for me as the cheapest, doesn't mention SLI insurance nor are they at the airport (shuttle from the airport).

Finally sorted after weeks of looking and several plan changes (a change if return flight airport from Tampa to Orlando didn’t help matters on the hire front). Thanks to Andy and the team, £1260 for pickup in Miami and drop off at Orlando Int for 17 nights. More than I’d hoped to pay but cheaper than everyone else and half the price of some quotes. Seen prices slowly increase and options for pickup and drop off locations decrease so just had to bite the bullet. Sods law prices will plummit in the new year but at least with Andy we can cancel or change the booking.

Yep that is the main thing, don't pick somewhere you can't change or cancel, as there is a good chance prices will start to come down again next year. Even pre-covid I often searched around to save a few extra $ getting the vendor to adjust the price to a better price.
