Hi - I do pulled pork in mine on the pressure cooker mode. Get the biggest piece of shoulder that will fit in your pot. Remove all the string and rub the meat with a mixture of brown sugar (about 2tbsp), smoked (or regular) paprika, garlic granules, black pepper, oregano, cumin (1 tsp each), cayenne pepper and cinnamon (1/2 tsp each). Spice amounts are approximate and you can tweak as you like it. Heat the pot on bake mode while you rub the meat. You can sear it in a frying pan first if you want, or just put it straight in using the rack thing (so the bars sit low). To the pot, add 1/2 cup or about 125ml cider vinegar, 2 tbsp bbq sauce (any - I often use Heinz honey bbq) and 2 cups (500ml) water. Put the liquid in before the meat or pour in carefully so as not to wash off the rub. Put the pressure lid on and cook on high for about 1.5 - 2 hours. Let the pressure release naturally for at least 30 mins but longer is better. When it’s done, remove the skin/rind and you can crisp it in the oven if you want. Then shred the pork and pour over about 2-3 ladles full of the liquid from the pot and stir in to the shredded meat. Reduce and thicken the remaining liquid adding a little extra bottled bbq sauce if you wish. Serve on toasted (ideally but you can skip toasting if you want) bread rolls with coleslaw (i make my own as I don’t always enjoy commercial ones), grated cheese, jalapeños and the sauce from the pot. It makes loads and we often get two or three meals from it. You can use lettuce leaves or wraps instead of the bread rolls if you like.

I would recommend checking out The Salted Pepper on YouTube for loads of ideas.

Great advice about The Salted Pepper on you tube, she is amazing at giving very clear instructions on cooking in the Ninja Foodi, some really good recipes too, I haven't found anyone who knows the Foodie as well as she does and some good tips to help you get the most out of it.

Also, her videos aren’t full of irritating ads, which I like. I guess she must be sponsored by Ninja, but I really don’t care if that’s the case - she does some great stuff.

She has done a review of the new Ninja 14 in 1 and said she wasn't gifted them she bought them herself to be able to do an honest review of the pro's and cons, she certainly did that and has always been upfront at pointing out both good and bad, I really like her.
