Me and my BFF (littlelish0544) saw Mary Poppins at the weekend. I’m not really a musical fan but I loved it. I was even welling up at the end!

Hamilton is probably the best show BUT only if you like it, as it is chalk and cheese unlike any other. If you fancy it I’d suggest watching it on Disney+ first if you haven’t seen it. The story is complex, multiple watches and knowing the music enhance the experience, not diminish it-unusual.

I was also going to suggest the Todaytix app. We got £25 bargain tickets for Come from Away a few weeks ago. We loved it. It was a real feel good show with some good tunes and plenty of humour. We all enjoyed it including teen age daughter.

Another vote for Come From Away. We saw it last week and thought it was amazing - an uplifting story which made me laugh and cry.

We went to Mary Poppins in September. It was outstanding and we both cried at the end.
Everyone needed some Mary in their life. …….

We saw Mary Poppins recently. Chosen mainly because it was available on a Monday.

It was excellent. If I’m honest it wasn’t my first choice but I loved it. I was sat next to a child who was very fidgety before the show started and he didn’t move a muscle once the show started. It was excellent.

Agree with this. I took my daughter who knew every word. She loved it. I enjoyed it but I struggled to follow the story. It helps if you already know every word!
