Parades at Disney

With large crowds and no social distancing they can’t use the pandemic as an excuse anymore, are the parades ever coming back to Disney?

It's all down to reduced staffing and cost-cutting now. Considering the 50th is just a cavalcade, I don't see parades returning until the end of that. If they bother, which I suspect they won't as it will be so long by that point that it's just normal.

Although they are doing the Christmas parade as part of the After Hours event. So maybe I should say free parades may not return.

This is what I was thinking, If they don’t have a 50th anniversary parade I don’t think we’ll see them again 😕 .

There are parades, but they are the smaller, more frequent calvalcade type. Not the full on, larger parade at 3pm. Sadly.

On a similar note, I wish that they'd bring back some sort of nighttime electrical parade. It doesn't have to be the same as the old one but something similar. I enjoyed them.

It's sad to see them go at DisneyWorld because, I assume, it was Disney that came up with the idea of having a parade in its theme parks. They were a nice little extra and something different to enjoy. No other park's parades were ever as good.

I would make a special trip if they brought back MSEP. I very nearly did last time it was running at DLR and kicking myself for not. Still my favourite.

The last thing I saw about "parades"...would you believe that apparently guest feedback is that they prefer the new style cavalcade... It does make you wonder who these fictitious guests that always seem to prefer less for their money are ?

I didn't always watch them, especially the same parade mutliple times but now they are gone I've realised what an essential part of the Disney package they are. White disgraceful ay this point that they still aren't back imo.

I loved the night time parade the most. Really missed that when it went.

Is the electric light parade still at Disneyland? We saw it in Paris and WDW would love to see it again.
