I have received an email off Disney today asking for a phone number so they can call me to extend our tickets. I really cant believe it as I sent the email on the 29th October.
I have also sent an email to Klook to cancel cancelling my Disney tickets. Lets hope it goes smoothly from here. About time after all the emails that have been sent back and forth. |

My email from Disney said they would only extend if the tickets were from them. So that's why I am trying to get a refund from Klook.
Let us know if you manage to get them extended. |

This is the email I used ticket.inquiries@disneyworld.com. As I said it took 3 weeks for them to reply to me, so will probably take the same to ring me back.
I actually attached a copy of the will call voucher that Klook sent me, so don't know whether this made any difference. I will let you all know when I have any more updates. Edited at 12:05 PM. |

Well I really can't believe it, they only called yesterday. I was away for the night just back and my husband answered the phone luckily.
He really didn't know what to do and said its my wife who deals with all this, Disney just said that he had to pay to upgrade our tickets to 2022. They worked out at $23.80 per ticket plus tax. My hubbie payed with his card which worked out at £95 for 5 tickets. So they can do it, I think it maybe the cast member who deals with it, or maybe because I had attatched our Will Call Voucher, who knows. Use this email ticket.inquiries@disneyworld.com, attatch your original voucher and make sure you add a contact number and hopefully it will work out for you too. |

I received an email from Klook today, offering me a refund!
They have asked for: 1. Name 2. Account 3. Bank code 4. Branch code 5. Swift code. Does anyone know what a Swift code is. Is the sort code the bank or branch code |
