Just arrived at LAX. Through immigration in 20 mins flat. All in all a good experience all day. 👍

Just a quick update as we’re at LAX waiting to go home. 🙁
What a complete and utter balls-up is BA check-in to LHR.
Even though there are designated lines for Club, Business etc people are just line jumping into any check-in available. Nobody to direct people. When you get to security the officers just scream instructions at you. I don’t remember it being like that on our subsequent trips through LAX. 😳 Anyway here’s to future trips. 👍

Oh dear! We are not with BA but doesnt sound good if security are screaming at people! Sorry you had all that hassle
