OK. They used the DAM Health Testing place which is based in the Red Dragon Centre in Cardiff Bay. Opposite the Cardiff Council Building on Hemingway Road. £29 per person and they had the Certificate through in circa 2 hours.

I did see that one but it’s much more reassuring when you know that someone has used it. I’ll look to get my appointment booked soon.
I take it then that LFT tests are ok for travel to US?
I’ve read the airlines website but all they do is list options so why would you chose a more expensive pcr when lft will do?
I don’t think the answers are definitive but then maybe that’s my interpretation of it!
Does your son have to test when he’s out there or for the return flight? I know we are supposed to when we arrive home but I’m waiting on ‘Doomsfords’ announcement on 19 Nov

That menu is making me feel quite excited now 🥳 …I don’t think I’d even mind sitting on the runway either …haven’t done it in so long 😂

That’s what I thought. Can’t be cheap either. I would probably opt for that or the pasta. However for some reason I detest penne so it would be a long way second.

As they have no Children to complicate matters no testing in America at all. Also no testing to board the Virgin flight home. However they have to produce when checking in for that flight evidence of a pre booked test to be taken within 2 days of arriving in the UK.

Will this still be around next year? I don’t know but I suspect the test when home will go.

Drakeford can do what he likes but most people will adhere to the English rules anyhow. I certainly will as I can’t take him seriously.

Smashing stuff… we are the same with no small humans just my adult daughte and myself ….hopefully it will stay the simple PLF and lft test for Wales for 2 days after arrival .

They have a very busy plan but of course they are both Police Officers so plan in great detail! Too busy for us sadly.

It's his Partners Birthday this week so I suspect she will hit the shops big time. Ha ha. Glad I'm not paying.

My Son sent me a message earlier. From wheels on runway to leaving in a Cab exactly 1 hour 5 minutes. Not bad going.
