Travelling to Seattle 9/11/21
Hi all here’s our experience of travelling to Seattle on the 9/11/21.
We flew British Airways Club Word Manchester to Seattle via Heathrow. Arrived at Manchester at 8 am for our 11am flight to Heathrow ,It took a good 40 minutes if not longer to check in. It was taking A long time to check peoples paperwork. We had the verifly app and all we had to do was show our ready to travel pass and that was it. So it was definitely worth having. On to Heathrow Our flight to Seattle left 25 minutes late due to loading the plane. I think we’re all used to wearing masks now and it didn’t bother us on the plane. The flight and cabin crew were lovely, but if your in club world at the moment your paying for the extra room not the food. At best it’s premium economy standard, that’s all I can say about that. On landing we were asked to remain seated as we were disembarking by row. They announced that our covid paper work could be checked at random. Then row 1 to 7 were the first to be called to leave, we were in row 6 so off we went. I’m not kidding when I say in less than 10 minutes we were through immigration and waiting to collect our luggage. I’m now typing this in our airport hotel as we're flying to Las Vegas early in the morning. Over all it was a very stress free travel day, and I’d been stressing myself that I’d forgotten something or not filled something in I should have. |

Thanks so much for sharing! And yes one thing I have noticed from the reports here and elsewhere is that the food offerings are still lackluster in all classes.

Thanks so much for letting us know how it all went! I’m going to Seattle in June with BA/AA from Heathrow & can’t wait! I know a lot can change by June but great to see it went smoothly for you. Have a great holiday!
