Like most communities, you can't walk to shops or restaurants, but they are 2 mins away by car, on the 192.

Recently opened is the nearby Margaritaville resort, which is VERY close to Sunset Lakes and has a "boardwalk" of bars, restaurants and a dine in cinema. Probably worth an evening of your time. A quick Uber trip would let you have a few drinkies.

We really like the community, especially in a south facing villa with views over the lake with balcony. You need a car but shops are close by, including the newish Walmart.

We stayed in Sue's villa last summer - it's wonderful! Sunset Lakes is a beautiful community and we loved sitting by the pool looking over the lake. Have a wonderful time

I always try to but am always a late booker and the Dibb villas book up quickly.
