Help!

Hi, does anyone have experience of a company called Fairytale Vacations Rental, previously Magical Florida Homes? We had a villa booked for July, deposit paid. I had an enquiry which I sent by email last Thursday then followed up with message on website contact form on Sunday. No response to either and tried phoning today and it rang a couple of times then cut off. Up until now communication has been quick so I am a little concerned. Any advice gratefully received.😕
